Klimm has been Vice President and General Manager of the Power and Reactive Gas Products Group of MKS Instruments, Inc. since September 2002.
Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the ASTeX Products Group of MKS Instruments from August 2001 to September 2002 and the Materials Delivery and Analysis Products Group from December 1999 to August 2001.
Prior to joining MKS Instruments, Mr. Klimm was Vice President and General Manager of the Factory Automation Division of PRI Automation, Inc. from 1997 to September 1999.
He received an MBA from the Sloan School at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MA degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
