He has over 12 years of success in venture capital, private equity and operations and finance.
He has lead companies through hands-on turnarounds and built operating infrastructures through times of rapid growth, recapitalizations and IPOs.
Mr. Pollock has significant experience structuring and negotiating private equity and venture capital transactions while providing value add to the firm's diversified portfolio companies.
Mr. Pollock holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska with additional under-graduate studies completed at Oxford University.
He completed the Executive Education Private Equity series at the Harvard Business School.
