Biwer, CFA MBA, is a Portfolio Risk Analyst at Allspring Funds Management LLC.

He earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a master's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.
