Mr. Tom McCahill is a Senior Managing Director & Portfolio Manager at Forum Capital Advisors LLC.
He has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate and has been a pioneer in the subordinate debt sector.
Prior to joining Forum, He was as Executive Vice President of Structured Finance at EverWest where he oversaw that structured finance department and operations.
Before that, he served as Managing Director at Pearlmark Real Estate; President & CEO at MONY Realty Capital; and, also worked at Transwestern.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a M.S.
degree in Real Estate Finance, both from the University of Wisconsin.
