Tom Turpin

Tom Turpin is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Old Mutual Asset Management and a member of the board of directors of various affiliated firms.
Mr. Turpin leads the finance, technology, and human resources areas within the company.
He also works directly with the investment management affiliates to facilitate best practices in these areas for each firm.
Mr. Turpin was previously Managing Director and Head of Defined Contribution Plans at Putnam Investments.
During his eight years at Putnam, he also worked as Chief Administrative Officer for Institutional Management, Defined Contribution, and Retail Businesses.
Prior to joining Putnam, he held a variety of leadership positions with The Boston Company, primarily in the Master Trust & Custody Division, from 1982 to 1993.
Mr. Turpin earned an accounting degree at Assumption College.
