Vishal Agarwal is currently the Executive Vice Chairman, MD & Deputy CEO at VISA Steel Ltd. He is also the Chairman of Visa Coke Ltd., Visa SunCoke Ltd., and Director of VISA International Ltd., Visa Industries Ltd., VISA BAO Ltd., VISA Resources India Ltd., VISA Infrastructure Ltd., VISA Comtrade Ltd. (India), VISA Cement Ltd., VISA Urban Infra Ltd., Ghotaringa Minerals Ltd., VISA Aluminium Ltd., and Visa Special Steel Ltd. He is a Director at Visa Ferro Chrome Ltd., VISA. Natural Resources Ltd, and a Member of the Eastern Region Council at the Confederation of Indian Industry.
He is also a Member of the Young Presidents' Organization (India) and the International Chromium Development Association.
Previously, he served as a Non-Executive Director at VISA Power Ltd. and was a Member of the Indian Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Agarwal graduated from the University of Oxford in 1997 and completed his undergraduate degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science in 1996.
