The firm was founded in 2003 as Ingenious Asset Management Ltd. and change their name to Tilney Asset Management Ltd. in 2016 and subsequently became Evelyn Partners Asset Management Ltd. in 2022. Headquartered in London, Evelyn Partners provides discretionary investment management services to high-net-worth individuals and families (retail clients), companies, charities, trusts and financial intermediaries on a discretionary basis.

Merchant Securities Group Ltd. (MSG) is a subsidiary of Merchant John East Securities Ltd., itself a subsidiary of Merchant Securities Plc (LSE: MERC) in the UK. The firm was established in 1987 and provides investment services to high net-worth individuals, their businesses, pension funds and trusts. With offices in London and Leeds, MSG offers institutional clients trading services and access to investment opportunities through their corporate finance activities. For private clients, they aim to provide individually tailored portfolios of traditional equity products supplemented by specialist investments such as hedge funds, structured products and private equity. Finally, for UK small companies they provide corporate finance advisory services and sources of capital in the form of equity and debt.
