Juraj Kis to be appointed Managing Director for the eastern Switzerland region of SPIE ICS AG and join SPIE Schweiz AG's Executive Committee

Zurich, December 15th, 2017 -Subsidiary of SPIE Schweiz AG, SPIE ICS AG, Swiss ICT service Provider announces the appointment of Juraj Kis as Managing Director for the eastern Switzerland region. Succeeding Walter Lienhard, Juraj Kis will also be joining SPIE Schweiz AG's Executive Committee.

Juraj Kis will be taking over the role of Managing Director for the eastern Switzerland region of SPIE ICS AG as of 1st January, 2018. In this position, he will be responsible for the growth of SPIE ICS AG's strategic business fields in this region and will pursue its focus on customers' current and future needs. Juraj Kis will also be joining the Executive Committee of SPIE Schweiz AG and thus serving as a full successor to Walter Lienhard, who is leaving the company at his own request after seven years to take up new challenges.

After completing studies in control and regulating technology at HTL Winterthur, Juraj Kis (born 1967) spent ten years working as a software developer in industry. A bachelor's degree in software engineering and a switch to Alcatel brought him into the telecoms sector in 1998, followed by several years with Siemens and Nokia Siemens Networks.

In 2008, Juraj Kis switched to Juniper Networks, where he held numerous positions and spent the last years as Country Manager for Switzerland and Austria. In addition to bachelor's degrees in electrical engineering, software engineering and economics, Juraj Kis also holds an MBA from The University of St. Gallen (HSG).
