Flow Processing: si rafforza la presenza del Gruppo in Asia

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 9 aprile 2024 - Interpump Group annuncia di aver acquisito, tramite la controllata Inoxpa SAU, il 60% del capitale della Società Process Partners China Co., Ltd. e di aver incrementato la propria partecipazione al 60%1 nella Società YRP (Shangai) Flow Tecnology Co., Ltd., realtà entrambe operanti in Cina.

Process Partner è stata fondata nel 2015 ed è specializzata nella produzione e vendita di impianti e soluzioni complete per le attività del settore alimentare, quello caseario in particolare, YRP Flow Tecnology è stata creata nel 2016 anche grazie al supporto del Gruppo Inoxpa, per distribuire in Cina componenti - valvole, pompe e attuatori - e rappresenta il distributore in esclusiva del Gruppo Inoxpa nella regione. Complessivamente le due realtà nel 2023 hanno generato un fatturato di quasi € 11milioni, con un EBITDA margin di circa il 10% e una PFN positiva.

Attraverso queste transazioni da una parte il Gruppo entra nel mercato cinese dell'impiantistica, dall'altro amplia le opportunità di contatto con i clienti finali per i propri prodotti facendo leva su una struttura manageriale locale che conosce perfettamente i prodotti del Gruppo grazie a diversi anni di comune collaborazione. Gli attuali soci continueranno a essere coinvolti nelle attività delle Società.

Il prezzo complessivo delle due operazioni è stato pari a € 2,9m.

FLOW PROCESSING: GROUP PRESENCE IN ASIA STRENGTHENED

Sant'Ilario d'Enza (RE), 9 April 2024 - Interpump Group announces the acquisition via Inoxpa SAU of a 60% equity interest in Process Partners China Co., Ltd. and an increase to 60%2 in its investment in YRP (Shanghai) Flow Technology Co., Ltd., both businesses operating in China.

Process Partners was founded in 2015 and specializes in the production and sale of plants and complete solutions for food processing activities, especially in the dairy products sector. With support from the Inoxpa Group, YRP Flow Technology was formed in 2016 to distribute components - valves, pumps and actuators - in China, as the exclusive distributor for the Inoxpa Group in the region. Together, the two businesses generated revenues of almost € 11 million in 2023, with an EBITDA margin around 10% and a positive NFP.

On the one hand, the Group enters the Chinese plant engineering market via these transactions while, on the other, it expands the opportunities for further market penetration since, following many years of mutual collaboration, the local management team has accumulated comprehensive knowledge of the products concerned. The current shareholders will remain involved in the activities of the acquired companies.

The combined price of the two transactions totals about € 2.9 million.
