Andrew Thomas

Mr. Andrew Thomas is Executive Director at Moelis & Co. LLC.
Mr. Thomson has been in the M&A industry for over eight years, most recently as an Executive Director in the European M&A Group at Morgan Stanley.
He has led the execution of a wide variety of M&A, defense, leveraged buyout and divestiture transactions for both public and private clients across a wide variety of industries and European jurisdictions.
Mr. Thomson was previously an investment banker in the European and UK M&A Groups at Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse First Boston.
He also gained a valuable experience on the principal side as a Director of Corporate Development/M&A at Masco Corporation, a NYSE-listed industrial group with $12 billion in revenues.
Mr. Thomson has a dual Franco-Britannic nationality and background.
He received a postgraduate Masters in Finance from the Paris Dauphine University and a Masters in Business & Finance from the Lincoln International Business School.
