Annamaria Chen

Annamaria Chen is General Counsel of Cast Iron Systems, Inc. She joined Cast Iron Systems as General Counsel in May 2006.
Ms. Chen is a Member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association.
Prior to joining Cast Iron, she was Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Walmart.com.
Before Walmart.com, Ms. Chen served as Associate General Counsel at Raza Foundries.
Before Raza, she worked for Cooley Godward LLP.
Ms. Chen received a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB degree in Economics and East Asian Studies from Harvard College.
