Rozyn is a Vice President & Senior Analyst at Vision Capital Corp.
He relocated to Toronto and joins Vision bringing more than 10 years of solid experience in New York where he focused on research and trading in real estate debt and securitized products.
He was at Credit Suisse when he joined in 2015 as a Vice President Sector Strategist covering Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) in the Fixed Income Trading department.
He was responsible for developing investment strategies and analyzing commercial real estate properties, debt and transactions.
Prior to Credit Suisse between 2013 and 2015, he was a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and part of the #1 ranked team for CMBS research in the Institutional Investor All-America Fixed Income Poll.
He began his career within the Securitized Products debt group of Bank of America in 2008.
Mr. Rozyn graduated from Cornell University with a Master of Engineering in Financial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Engineering.
