Charlie Murphy

Mr. Charlie Murphy assumed the role of Senior Vice President and CFO in October 1998 and Executive Vice President in 2001.
His responsibilities include Technical Services and Finance & Administration.
Technical Services primary role is to insure customer satisfaction and includes QA, Integration Consulting, Technical Publications and IT.
The Finance & Administration primary role is financial integrity and employee satisfaction.
This group includes Human Resources, Recruiting, Controllership, Training, Legal and Office Services.
He is an experienced executive who combines his in-depth knowledge and experience with a strong commitment to achieve company objectives.
He has a strong background in finance, and operations in the technology, manufacturing and consumer products arena.
He has held several key positions in the last seven years with technology companies responsible for financial operations.
Previous technology companies were Expert Software, Inc. and Mergent International, Inc. He received a BS in Accounting and Finance from Bentley College in Boston.
He started his career at Coopers & Lybrand in Boston.
In 1979, he joined Coleco Industries as Director of Finance and was promoted to Vice President & Treasurer.
Coleco Industries, a consumer products company, grew from $100 million to $750 million in revenue during which time a number of public offerings and financings were completed.
Since then, he has dealt with both public and private companies serving as CFO and worked on and with Boards of Directors.
