David L. Wisowaty

Mr. David Wisowaty is a Partner of Management Capital Holding and represents the firm in the U.S.
Concurrently, he supports the firm in transactions and management of portfolio companies in Germany and Europe.
Before joining Management Capital Holding, he was founding partner of Geometry Financial Partners, a firm that provides integrated business and wealth management services to mid-size companies.
Mr. Wisowaty’s private equity experience includes seven years as General Partner of Endeavor Capital Management, a venture capital fund focused on early- and mid-stage technology companies, and co-founding Healtheon/WebMD (now Emdeon-NASD: HLTH).
Prior to that, he was Chief Marketing Officer and head of Business Development at ADP and CIGNA HealthCare and General Manager of American Express’ Middle Market Corporate Card Business.
Mr. Wisowaty spent five years of his career with Bain & Company’s European operations and co-founded its Munich office.
Mr. Wisowaty holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, a Master’s in International Affairs/Economics from Columbia University and a BA with Distinction in German Studies from Stanford University.
He speaks fluent German
