Dennis Kirby

Mr. Kirby joined American Capital in January 2007.
Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Kirby was a Director of Questor Management Company, a $1.1 billion private equity firm focused on turnarounds and distressed investments.
During Mr. Kirby’s seven years with Questor, he was directly involved with over $800 million in acquisitions and served as a portfolio company board member.
Prior to joining Questor, Mr. Kirby was an associate with Bowles, Hollowell & Conner and a project manager for Deere & Co. Mr. Kirby began his career as an officer in the U.S.
Army, where he served for six years.
Mr. Kirby holds a B.S.
degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
