Through Geren's Fondo Precursor they target various projects and small Chilean companies. The fund typically takes significant minority investments that represent more than 20% of the firm's capital. The fund is backed by Corporación de Fomento de la Producción. They do not invest in real estate, financial services, investment companies or firms whose products do not meet environment standards.
