Guy Facey

Guy is a Director of Harwell Capital and serves as in-house counsel.
Guy is a former Partner of leading London law firm, Withers, and has practised international law for over 30 years, with considerable experience in Venture Capital and Private Equity.
After training with a tier one global law firm in London, Guy has twice worked in-house in industry in leading aerospace and automotive engineering groups.
Having graduated in European languages, and taught himself Mandarin nearly 30 years ago, Guy has used his languages throughout his career.
In the late 1980s, he practised corporate finance law in Hong Kong for Deacons before returning to Europe to work with French and Italian clients in their own languages.
Guy moved back to Hong Kong in 2007 as a partner with Withers, and then established his own boutique corporate law firm, Facey & Associates, focused on mid-cap companies and entrepreneurs of all sizes, in many languages, crossing cultural boundaries.
Guy represents several family offices and various technology and aerospace companies, advising on M&A, international JVs, Acceleration Capital, Venture Capital and Private Equity, predominantly in China, the UK and Europe, holding a number of directorships.
