Mr. Gruver was Executive Vice President of Operations for Career Education from May 2001 to January 2003, Senior Vice President of Operations from October 1999 to May 2001 and Managing Director from May 1997 to October 1999.
From August 1994 to May 1997, he was Director of Finance for Career Education and appointed Vice President and Controller of the Wyoming Technical Institute in 1989.
He received a BS degree in Accounting from National College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
