James Farrell Brown

James Farrell Brown is the founder of OpenTV, Inc. which was founded in 1999.
He held the position of Executive Vice President & General Manager from 1999 to 2002.
Mr. Brown currently holds multiple positions as Chairman at Promise Healthcare, Inc., Director at ChoozOn Corp., Landmark Infrastructure Partners GP LLC, Pacific GeneTech Ltd., and Smart Logic Ltd. He is also a Member of The State Bar of California.
Mr. Brown has held several former positions including Chief Executive Officer at AHNP Precision Health LLC, Chairman at Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2014 to 2022, and Managing Director at AVG Ventures LP from 2009 to 2017.
He also held positions as Director at Secondcap Ltd., Smartlogic Holdings Ltd., Landmark Infrastructure Partners LP from 2009 to 2021, Perk, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, and Avg Holdings LP from 2009 to 2017.
Mr. Brown's education includes an undergraduate degree from Weber State University and a graduate degree from J.
Reuben Clark Law School.
