James L.

from 2002 to 2003, and the lead independent director at Battalion Oil Corp.

He was also a senior counsel and attorney at Thompson & Knight LLP from 2009 to 2010.
Mr. Irish received his undergraduate degree from Texas Tech University in 1966 and his graduate degree from Southern Methodist University in 1969.
