Memphis Tomorrow is an association founded in 2001, composed of CEOs from Memphis' largest businesses who collaborate with government, civic sectors, nonprofits, and citizens to enhance opportunity and quality of life for all residents. Memphis Tomorrow also leads and supports community initiatives such as strategic city planning, branding efforts to attract talent and investment, outdoor recreation development, health and wellness programs, and government efficiency reforms. The non-profit company is based in Memphis, TN. The organization focuses on three main priorities: cradle-to-career education, inclusive economic development, and public safety. In education, it supports continuous learning from early childhood through post-secondary stages. Its economic development efforts promote a diverse economy with jobs, innovation, entrepreneurship, minority business growth, and workforce training. Public safety initiatives include supporting law enforcement recruitment and retention, offender re-entry programs, crime reduction strategies, and research on public safety policies.
