Mr. Werner began his career in 1981 with Bankers Trust Company where he worked as a securities analyst and in portfolio management.
In 1984, he joined the Wallenberg group of Sweden (NY office) where again he worked as a securities analyst and portfolio manager.
He received a BS degree in Finance from the Boston University School of Management in 1981 and an MBA from Pace University's Lubin School of Business in 1987.
Mr. Werner is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts, Inc. and a graduate of the New York State Banker's Association Trust Investment School.
