Prior to joining DCM in 2001, Ms. Hale worked as an Equity Analyst for Investment Counselors of Maryland and for Bank of America covering both research and institutional portfolio management roles.
She started in the finance industry in 1981.
Ms. Hale is a member of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society, Inc., and a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR).
She holds a B.S.
in Business and Finance from Mt.
St. Mary’s College, an M.B.A. from Kent State University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
