Prior to establishing RadiantESG, Ms. McDonald was a 20 year veteran and Head of Sustainable Investing at Rosenberg Equities, leading the firm’s ESG and impact research effort with a heavy focus on investment modeling, data vetting, thematic research, and externally oriented thought leadership.
Previously, she held several other investment and research-focused positions including Head of Investments for Australia/New Zealand.
She received her undergraduate degree from Willamette University and a graduate degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
