Larry A. Kaplan

Mr. Larry A. Kaplan is Chief Financial Officer & Managing Director at Bedford Funding Capital Management LLC.
Prior to joining Bedford Funding, Mr. Kaplan served as Senior Vice President at Geac, where he had a wide range of responsibilities, including managing its industry specific applications, assisting in merger and acquisition activity and overseeing administrative functions.
He joined Geac from Healthology, Inc., a leading producer and distributor of physician-generated health and medical information, where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Before that, he spent nearly 10 years at Shandwick International, a $200+ million global public relations consultancy, where he was the Chief Financial Officer and later Chief Executive Officer for its operations in the Americas.
Mr. Kaplan received an M.B.A. from Carnegie-Mellon University and a B.S.
in mathematics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
