Townley is Director of Corporate Safety for Barnard Construction Co., Inc. and a Member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
He has 30 years of safety engineering, pollution control and industrial hygiene experience in heavy construction, building construction, tunneling, mechanical and concrete work, transportation systems, mining and marine operations.
Mr. Townley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Zoology from the University of Nevada and an MBA from Boise State University.
