Mr. Maxime Lauzière, CFA, is a Partner at Barrage Capital, Inc. He is a portfolio manager and has been applying the value investing approach to the management of private portfolios for more than fifteen years.
Mr. Lauzière began his career in corporate finance at National Bank Financial and in the business valuation department of KPMG.
He then joined Duncan Ross where he managed assets totaling more than $400M.
His experience in asset management led him to become interested in the impact of psychology in investing, particularly with respect to cognitive biases.
Mr. Lauzière is a graduate of McGill University (BCom Finance and Accounting) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
