Rich A. Keating

Mr. Rich A. Keating is a Managing Director at Wells Fargo Securities International Ltd. He was previously Head of Wachovia Securities' International Corporate Finance Group since 2007.
In 2002 he had been appointed Head of the Information Technology Services & Outsourcing Investment Banking Group at Wachovia Securities.
He previously headed Wachovia's Business and Consumer Services Investment Banking Group.
Mr. Keating first joined Wachovia in 1995 as the head of the High Yield Origination Group.
He went on to manage client relationships in a number of corporate finance industry groups within Wachovia, including Diversified Industries, Business Services and IT Services and Outsourcing.
Prior to Wachovia, he worked with Kidder, Peabody & Co. and Advent International.
