Aero Asset Management invests in small- to mid-sized listed companies that seek common or preferred equity placements to help grow their business. The firm manages the Aero New Innovations Fund. The Fund focuses on investments in the healthcare, alternative energy, technology and retail sectors. Aero Asset Management invests primarily in the common stocks of domestic and foreign companies with market-caps greater than $250 million. The firm employs bottom-up, fundamental research to identify securities seeking investments in high quality, dominant, rapidly growing companies experiencing high unit volume growth, a life cycle change, or both. Companies are typically selling a unique product or service to an expanding marketplace. Aero Asset Management typically invests in companies with revenue and earnings growth greater than 15%, sustainable and improving operating margins, a reasonable valuation compared to similar companies, strong free cash flow, low debt, high barriers to entry and exceptional management teams. The portfolio typically holds 25 to 40 positions. Initial purchases range from 2% to 3% of the portfolio and maximum sector exposure is 35%
