Ryan Farha

Ryan Farha is a Counsel for the private equity team and is responsible for negotiating and executing private investment transactions.
Prior to joining Viking in 2021, Ryan was a Corporate Associate at Morrison & Foerster where he focused on private equity and venture capital transactions.
Ryan started his career as a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore where he completed rotations in mergers and acquisitions, finance, and capital markets.
Ryan received a J.D.
from Georgetown University and a B.A in history from Vanderbilt University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and received a Fulbright Scholarship.
