After the merger of IVP and Fairvest AG, Dr. Hamm became a Partner at the resulting Concentro AG, and was responsible for corporate finance and M&A.
Previously he spent seven years at Roland Berger & Partners in various positions, including Associate Partner in Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires, and was involved in the establishment of Mercosul.
While with Roland Berger, Dr. Hamm facilitated turnaround and corporate finance projects in sectors such as machinery and equipment manufacturing, automotive, consumer electronics and pharmaceuticals.
Previously he had worked for Ernst & Young in Washington DC as a consultant in start-ups and venture capital mediation for US technology companies.
Dr. Stefan Hamm studied Business Administration at the University of Saarbrücken and at the London Business School.
He holds a PhD from the University of Innsbruck.
