Expandia is an active manger which provides equity financing in middle-market companies located in the Czech Republic and Central European region. The firm targets companies operating in a wide range of sectors, with a focus on industrial manufacturing, finance, and real estate. It invests through acquisitions and buyout transactions with a preferred investment size between CZK 100 million and CZK 200 million in each company. In the case of bank financing, the firm provides financing of up to CZK 500 million, and an investment of more than CZK 500 million for co-investments. It looks to take both majority and minority stake positions in its investments, as well as a seat on the board.
