BM's investment objective is to create value and growth. They invest in family-owned and established mid-sized firms in The Netherlands with a minimum turnover of EUR 10 million. They prefer management buyout situations, financing expansion and transactions involving succession issues within family-run firms. They do not invest in start-ups or in turnaround situations. They look for firms operating in a market niche with a leading position or potential for market leadership. BM seeks robust management teams managing with a proven business model. They look for stable, profitable cash flows. They invest across a range of sectors and have invested in safety products for bathrooms, linen rental, hospital-related communications, publishing, cleaning products, and consultancy products. BM takes both majority and minority stakes and generally acts as lead-investor. They invest between EUR 1.5 million and EUR 3 million per transaction. They are active and involved investment partners. They take Board positions and work closely with their portfolio firms' management team. BM typically foresees exits between four to six years.

TIIN Capital BV is an active manager which invests in ICT or high-tech companies located in the Netherlands or willing to relocated to the Netherlands. The firm provides funding for the early and growth stages with an investment size ranging from €200K - €1 million for the early stage and €500K - €2.5 million for growth.
