(la "Società ") rendo noto che l'Assemblea degli azionisti della Società convocata presso lo Studio legale Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, in Milano, Piazza Borromeo n. 8, in sede ordinaria, per i giorni 24 e 30 aprile 2024, rispettivamente, in prima e in seconda convocazione, si terrà in seconda convocazione il giorno 30 aprile 2024 alle ore 10:00.
