Harary is Chief Financial Officer of Omega United, Inc. Prior to joining Omega United, he was Vice President of Finance for Tech Data Corp.
from 1998 to 2001 and Finance Director of Latin America for York International Corp.
from 1996 to 1998.
Mr. Harary held various positions at United Technologies Corp., Pratt & Whitney, Carrier Corp., and Carrier InterAmerica from 1990 to 1996.
Previously, he worked for Arthur Andersen SA, General Motors Corp., and IVAX Corp.
He was Chief Financial Officer of Sky Postal Networks, Inc. Mr. Harary has 20 years of experience in finance.
Mr. Harary received a degree from Escola Politécnica, University of São Paulo and an MS degree in Industrial Engineering in 1977 and an MBA in Finance in 1983 from the University of Pennsylvania.
