Cliff Smallman

Mr. Cliff Smallman is a Managing Director at Riverside Management Group LLC (Venture Capital).

In 2004, he founded VALNIC Capital, a firm focused on advising companies in the Media, Communications & Payments industries.
From 1998 to 2004, he worked as a Director at CSFB in the Media & Telecom Group.
He began his career at Deutsche Bank initially in Frankfurt/London and from 1993 in New York.
Mr. Smallman graduated with Honors from the European Business Schools in London, Paris and Wiesbaden.
He currently holds the Series 79 and 63 securities licenses.
