Koch, III MBA, is Partner at Cranridge Capital.
Prior to founding CranRidge Capital, Mr. Koch was a co-founder of Praesidian Capital, where between 2002 and 2012 he focused on new business development, portfolio management, fund management and regulatory compliance.
Prior to co-founding Praesidian, he was a partner at Harnell Partners, a middle-market merchant banking boutique making investments for its own account.
For six years, he was President and CFO of UMC Molding, an aluminum extrusion and metal finishing company which he acquired with another partner.
Prior to that, he had 12 years of investment experience at Manufacturers Hanover Venture Capital.
Mr. Koch received his MBA in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Finance from Colorado State University.
