He is a principal member of Agawam Trust & Management, LLC and Sagamore Tax and Accounting Group, LLC.
In addition, he is a Director of Coal, Energy Investments & Management, LLC, the managing general partner of Big Sandy Company, L.P., and has been associated with the company since the late 1980’s.
Before that, he was a Managing Partner of Sagamore Partners, LLP, predecessor firm to Agawam, from its formation in 1993.
He has been a trustee of the Harmony Grove Cemetery in Salem, MA, since 1990, as well as its past Chairman and Treasurer.
Mr. Phippen graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
He has been a Certified Financial Planner licensee since 1990.
