The firm invests as sole investor or as a co-investor, typically seeking a majority stake in the investee company, where they partner with investee company management to create value. PMC seeks to invest in family-owned or private equity-owned businesses as well as in group subsidiaries which have sales of €10-€100 million, a clearly defined industrial strategy, a quality management team and a profitable financial situation which makes leveraged financing possible.
