Lee Beaumont

Mr. Beaumont is an independent aerospace acquisitions advisor.
Beaumont was appointed to the position of President, Standard Aero U.S.
in 2001.
Standard Aero, owned by the Carlyle Group, is the worlds largest small to intermediate gas turbine engine, and accessory repair and overhaul facility.
More recently Beaumont has served as an independent aerospace consultant and acquisition advisor to the Carlyle Group.
Mr. Beaumont joined Standard Aero Limited in 1987.
In 1988, he was promoted to Director of Finance, and in 1992 to Director of the T56/501 Product Unit.
In 1995, he became Executive Vice-President.
He is a Chartered Accountant and holds both Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) and Science degrees.
He is a 1997 graduate of the Stanford Executive Program and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a BS degree from the University of Manitoba.
Mr. Beaumont was instrumental in strengthening Standard Aeros position and presence in the US marketplace.
His leadership, while at Standard Aero, was instrumental in advancing Tinker AFBs current transformation initiative.
