Matthew T. Gustafson

Mr. Matthew T.
Gustafson is a Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer at NCMIC Insurance Co. and a Treasurer & Director at Professional Solutions Insurance Co. He is on the Board of Directors at NCMIC Insurance Co. and Professional Solutions Insurance Co. He joined NCMIC’s accounting department in 1998 and, after serving in several roles, was named to his current position in 2015.
In his role as CFO, he is responsible for directing the financial affairs of the group and its subsidiaries including financial reporting, tax planning, accounting and budgeting.
He also has experience with regulatory compliance and the administration of corporate matters having previously served as NCMIC Corporate Secretary.
He is also a member of the company’s Audit and Finance Committee, antifraud Special Investigative Unit and has responsibility for oversight of the organization’s diversification efforts.
He holds a BBA degree in Accounting from Iowa State University.
