Fiedler is an Associate at Foley & Lardner LLP (Venture Capital).
Prior to joining Foley, Ms. Fiedler was an associate for Choate, Hall & Stewart where she managed patent portfolios for small and large technology companies, drafted and prosecuted patent applications, and advised and supervised foreign counsel in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications.
She also prepared infringement and right to use opinions and conducted invalidity studies.
Ms. Fiedler was also a volunteer attorney for the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts of Massachusetts.
Her technical experience includes working as a data analyst for King & Spalding, LLP; an e-Procurement intern for Coca-Cola Enterprises; and a quality assurance engineer for Nexidia Inc. Ms. Fiedler received her law degree from the University of Denver-Sturm College of Law.
