Michael C. Petrycki

Mr. Petrycki, 60, was President and CEO of ING Barings LLC, a member of the ING Group and a registered broker/dealer until August 2000.
He was responsible for all activities in North and South America, with 3000 employees and annual revenues of $1 billion.
Prior to joining ING, Mr. Petrycki was President of Furman Selz LLC (which was acquired by ING in 1997) where he was directly responsible for domestic and international Equities and Fixed Income Sales, Trading and Research, Prime Brokerage, Investment Banking, Syndications, Offshore Administration and Private Asset Management.
It was during his tenure at Furman Selz that Mr. Petrycki focused on developing the business of providing specialized brokerage services to hedge funds and asset managers.
Previously, he held positions at Drexel Burnham, Lehman Brothers Management and State Street Bank.
