The Higher Institute for Paper & Industrial Technologies (HIPIT) is a non-profit technical institute established in 2013 and supervised by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) in partnership with the private sector. The private company is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The institute focuses on training and qualifying national cadres in technical and vocational fields to meet labor market demands, offering accredited programs such as two-year technical diplomas, one-year associate diplomas, specialized women’s diplomas, and development courses in areas like supply chain management, mechanical technology, industrial maintenance, and electrical technology. HIPIT holds institutional accreditation from the Education & Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC), ISO 9001:2015 certification, and program accreditations from the American Council for Training and Development (ACTD).
