Peter Stohr

Mr. Stohr joined Republic's Private Equity Group in August 2004 as an Associate.
In 2006, he was promoted to Director.
Previously, Mr. Stohr was part of a 15-member investment team responsible for managing Citigroup's $10 billion private equity portfolio.
Based in New York, Mr. Stohr's main responsibilities included evaluating and executing leveraged buyout, growth equity and mezzanine investments in a variety of industries in both North America and Europe.
Prior to joining Citigroup's private equity team, he was an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisition Group for Salomon Smith Barney in New York.
While at Salomon, Mr. Stohr focused on analyzing and executing public and private transactions including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, divestitures, restructurings and leveraged buyouts in numerous industries for Salomon's top global corporate clients.
Prior to working at Salomon, Mr. Stohr was a CPA with Arthur Andersen in Denver.
Mr. Stohr graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with an emphasis in Accounting and Logistics and is a Certified Public Accountant.
