Robert Halder

Mr. Robert Halder is a Head of Research & Special Situations at NatAlliance Securities LLC and a President & Treasurer at Westech Capital Corp.
He is on the Board of Directors at Natalliance Holdings LLC, Trenwick America Corp.
and Trenwick America Reinsurance Corp.
He joined NatAlliance Securities in 2016.
He is a specialist in high yield and distressed situation analysis with a focus in both the financial services and monoline insurance sectors.
Prior to joining NatAlliance, Mr. Halder led the Fixed Income Department at Clearview Trading Advisors and Tejas Securities Group, Inc. He has analyzed, advised, and participated in some of the largest in-court and out-of-court restructurings for corporate, municipal and structured bonds including Enron, Lehman Brothers and the City of Detroit.
He has served on the Board of Directors for numerous distressed financial services companies including Westech Capital Corp.
and Trenwick America.
Additionally, he has served as Chairman, Member, and Advisor to numerous official and ad hoc equity and creditor committees, including InSight Health Services Corp., Fedders Corp., and Six Flags, Inc. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Foreign Service from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.
