OAM focuses on active fund management with an equal emphasis on capital preservation and generating superior returns through investment primarily in the equity markets across Global & European strategies. They do not limit themselves to a specific investment style and exit positions and convictions.

BCM-UK follows a specialist model investment approach and focuses on global arbitrage. They invest in fixed-income and currencies and use the derivatives markets to implement their investment views. The firm focuses on small- and micro-cap firms in the UK and other European countries, seeking to identify firms whose underlying stocks are undervalued on an internal discounted cash flow analysis. They have a preference for the financial, information technology and consumer sectors.

LBIE's activities are focused on capital markets. In cooperation with Lehman Brothers Asset Management (Europe), the firm develops structured asset management leveraging their capabilities across all asset classes. They design customized solutions across multiple client segments and geographic regions. LBIE's research is particularly strong in fixed-income. Their strategies include proprietary Anti-Benchmark quantitative funds and other fixed-income asset management products.
