Davis in 1986, Mr. Borduas worked for Union Mutual Life Insurance as Vice President and Director of Investment Research from 1978–1986 and was also a Trust Investment Officer for Maine National Bank from 1969–1977.
Mr. Borduas is a 1967 graduate of Boston College.
He is a member of the CFA Institute, Boston Security Analysts Society, Inc., and the Maine CFA Society.
Mr. Borduas has served on many community boards including the Catholic Diocese of Portland, the Catholic Foundation of Maine and St. Joseph's College of Maine.
He is a member of the investment committees of Community Counseling Foundation, PCA Great Performances, and the Maine State Retirement System.
