Artem Vladimirovich Molchanov is the founder of HYDROMASHSERVICE JSC (founded in 1993), HMS Hydraulic Machines & Systems Group Plc (founded in 1993), and HMS Group Management Co. OOO (founded in 2005).
He is currently the Director of Dimitrovgradskiy Plant of Chemical Machine-Building OJSC (since 2007), the Director of The Russian Union of Industrialists & Entrepreneurs (since 2017), the General Director of Hydroindustriya OOO (since 2005), and a Member-Supervisory Board of Nasosenergomash PJSC (since 2012).
He previously held the position of President at HMS Group OJSC.
Mr. Molchanov obtained his undergraduate degree from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in 2001.
