Mr. Freyer serves as SCP's Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel.
Prior to joining SCP, he held similar positions with an SEC registered investment adviser and an affiliated management consulting group.
He also served for a period as Corporate Counsel to a leading publicly traded manufacturer of fire protection products.
Earlier in his career, he was a partner for 15 years in the Banking and Business Departments of Saul Ewing, a regional law firm based in Philadelphia.
Mr. Freyer received his A.B. from Princeton in 1969, and his J.D.
from Yale Law School in 1972.
He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York, has completed his Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination), and is a Lieutenant Colonel, Retired, in the U.S.
Army Judge Advocate General's Corps.
He is on the board of Scholar Academies.
